Olympic success for Ross-shire Athlete

The sports Council would like to pass on congratulations to Alan Sinclair from Munlochy and a member of Inverness Rowing who came 4th with his partner in the final of the Coxless Pairs at Rio Olympics. We have supported Alan in the past and his father Roy was until last year was a member of the Sports Council Committee.
