Olympic success for Ross-shire Athlete

Congratulations to Alan Sinclair from Munlochy and a member of Inverness Rowing Club was 4th with his partner in the Final of the Coxless Pairs at Rio Olympics. The Sports Council have supported him in the past and his father Roy was a member of the Sports Council Committee until last year.
